Arizona High School Basketball - Coronado can't hold off Gilbert Classical Academy

The Gilbert Classical Academy Spartans nudged the host Coronado Dons basketball team by a margin of 64-58 in Friday's non-league game.
The Spartans now have a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Veritas Prep for a non-league game on Saturday, November 29. Gilbert Classical Academy will confront a Falcons team coming off a 75-56 non-league win over Lincoln Prep (Chandler, AZ). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.
The Dons (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ). The Lions enter the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, St. John Paul II Catholic got by ALA - Mesa North (Mesa, AZ), 55-47, in a non-league outing.
