Illinois High School Basketball - Grayslake Central holds off Johnsburg

November 28, 2025: Grayslake, IL 60030

The Grayslake Central Rams basketball team scored 45 points and limited the visiting Johnsburg Skyhawks to 38 in the Rams non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rams now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Buffalo Grove for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 2. Grayslake Central will confront a Bison team coming off a 62-55 non-league win over Northside (Chicago, IL). The Bison record now stands at 2-1.

The Skyhawks (0-4) will now prepare for their outing against Schaumburg Christian (Schaumburg, IL). The Conquerors come into the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Schaumburg Christian held off Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy (Rockford, IL), 63-45, in a non-league outing.
