North Carolina High School Basketball - Franklin Academy nips Bunn

November 29, 2022: Bunn, NC 27508

Franklin Academy Patriots (Wake Forest, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bunn Wildcats (Bunn, NC), 44-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Franklin Academy upgrades its record to 4-3 on the season. The Patriots host Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Woods Charter lost 73-23 in their recent non-league bout against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Granville Central Panthers (Stem, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Bunn will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 69-51 non-league win over Henderson Collegiate (Henderson, NC).
