The Polytechnic Panthers basketball team (Pasadena, CA), was nudged 71-68 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Burroughs Bears (Burbank, CA)
The Bears now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 1. Burroughs will battle a Vipers team coming off a 61-41 non-league win over Reseda (Reseda, CA). The Vipers record now stands at 2-3.
The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Marshall (Los Angeles, CA). The Barristers come into the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Marshall edged Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences (Granada Hills, CA), 59-49, in a non-league battle.
