Texas High School Basketball - University ripped by Connally

The Connally Cadets basketball team scored 64 points and held the host University Trojans to 42 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cadets now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glenn for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1. Connally will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 50-47 non-league loss to Del Valle (Del Valle, TX). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-2.

The Trojans (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Round Rock Westwood (Austin, TX). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Round Rock Westwood triumphed over Anderson (Austin, TX), 48-44, in a non-league contest.
