The Cory-Rawson Hornets basketball team (Rawson, OH), was nudged 69-64 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Perry Commodores (Lima, OH)
The Commodores now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elgin for a Northwest Central battle on Friday, December 9.
The Hornets (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Vanlue (Vanlue, OH). The Wildcats come into the Blanchard Valley battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Vanlue edged Bucyrus (Bucyrus, OH), 79-67, in a non-league battle.
