Iowa-Grant Panthers (Livingston, WI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Highland Cardinals (Highland, WI), 58-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Iowa-Grant upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers host Argyle (Argyle, WI) to play the Orioles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Orioles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Cardinals play the Boscobel Bulldogs (Boscobel, WI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. Highland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 53-41 non-league win over North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI).
