Texas High School Basketball - Leander fells Pflugerville Connally

Leander Lions (Leander, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Pflugerville Connally Cougars (Austin, TX), 43-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Leander upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Canyon (New Braunfels, TX) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 4-5. Canyon lost 88-52 in their recent non-league bout against Hutto (Hutto, TX)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Stevens Falcons (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. Pflugerville Connally will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Falcons go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 73-69 non-league win over Lee (San Antonio, TX).
