The May Tigers basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Sidney Eagles to 32 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garner for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1.

The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Baird (Baird, TX). The Bears enter the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Baird was defeated by Holy Trinity Catholic (Temple, TX), 50-35, in a non-league contest.
