Benjamin Russell Wildcats (Alexander City, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dadeville Tigers (Dadeville, AL), 34-13 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Benjamin Russell upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Opelika (Opelika, AL) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 1. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Opelika won 56-33 in their recent non-league bout against Chilton County (Clanton, AL)

Next up, the Tigers play the Randolph County Tigers (Wedowee, AL) in a 3A Area 8 bout, on Friday, December 9. Dadeville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
