With the win, Edgewood-Colesburg upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Vikings host Alburnett (Alburnett, IA) to play the Pirates in a Tri-Rivers - West bout on Friday, December 2. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Alburnett won 38-32 in their recent non-league bout against Midland (Wyoming, IA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Easton Valley (Preston, IA) in a Tri-Rivers - East bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Calamus-Wheatland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 81-22 non-league loss to North Linn (Troy Mills, IA).
