Michigan High School Basketball - Caledonia can't hold off Grand Ledge

The Grand Ledge Comets basketball team scored 43 points and restricted the visiting Caledonia Fighting Scots to 42 in the Comets non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Comets now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Johns for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1. Grand Ledge will battle a Redwings team coming off a 45-20 non-league win over Okemos (Okemos, MI). The Redwings record now stands at 1-0.
The Fighting Scots (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Covenant Christian (Grand Rapids, MI). The Chargers come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Covenant Christian was nudged by Holland Christian (Holland, MI), 50-28, in a non-league contest.
