The Crestwood Chargers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Edsel Ford Thunderbirds to 25 in the Chargers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Taylor for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2. Crestwood will battle a Griffins team coming off a 57-17 non-league win over Redford Union (Redford, MI). The Griffins record now stands at 2-0.
The Thunderbirds (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Fordson (Dearborn, MI). The Tractors come into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Fordson triumphed over Allen Park (Allen Park, MI), 46-33, in a non-league contest.
