The Leland Comets (Leland, MI) basketball crushed the host Forest Area Warriors (Fife Lake, MI), 58-25 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Comets (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Charlevoix (Charlevoix, MI). The Rayders go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Charlevoix was trounced by St.Ignace (St. Ignace, MI), 48-35, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary Cathedral for a Ski-Valley test on Wednesday, December 7.
