The Rocori Spartans basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Little Falls Flyers to 36 in the Spartans league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sartell-St. Stephen for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 1. Rocori will battle a Sabres team coming off a 65-45 league win over Bemidji (Bemidji, MN). The Sabres record now stands at 1-0.
The Flyers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Detroit Lakes (Detroit Lakes, MN). The Lakers come into the AAA Section 8 contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Detroit Lakes dropped by Perham (Perham, MN), 50-34, in a non-league contest.
