Wright City Wildcats (Wright City, MO) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Missouri Military Academy Fighting Colonels (Mexico, MO), 66-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wright City upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Wildcats host New Haven (New Haven, MO) to play the Shamrocks in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Shamrocks go into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Fighting Colonels play the Tuscumbia Lions (Tuscumbia, MO) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Missouri Military Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 82-72 non-league loss to Maranatha Baptist Academy (St. Robert, MO).
