The Taft Tigers (Lincoln City, OR) basketball crushed the host Nestucca Bobcats (Cloverdale, OR), 68-35 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Tigers (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Willamina (Willamina, OR). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Willamina walloped Sheridan (Sheridan, OR), 71-30, in a non-league test.
The Bobcats now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Delphian for a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. Nestucca will clash with a Dragons squad coming off a 71-55 non-league loss to Perrydale (Amity, OR). The Dragons record now stands at 0-1.
