North Carolina High School Basketball - Atkins succumbs to R.J. Reynolds

November 29, 2023: Winston-Salem, NC 27104

The R.J. Reynolds Demons topped the visiting Atkins Camels basketball team by a final score of 40-22 in Wednesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Demons face the Forsyth Home Educators Hawks (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, December 1. R.J. Reynolds will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Hawks enter the game with a 10-1 record after their 55-46 non-league win over Carlisle (Axton, VA).

With the defeat, Atkins moves to 2-2 on the year. The Camels host West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC) to face the Titans in a non-league game on Friday, December 1. The Titans enter the game with a record of 1-2. West Forsyth won 50-48 in their recent non-league game against Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC)
