In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Belmont Sentinels (Los Angeles, CA) basketball squad edged the visiting Downtown Magnets Suns (Los Angeles, CA), by a count of 29-28.
The Sentinels (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against Roybal (Los Angeles, CA). The Titans go into the Central outing with a 0-5 record. In their last outing, Roybal was tipped by Franklin (Los Angeles, CA), 58-9, in a non-league outing.
The Suns now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Math & Science College Preparatory for a Crosstown outing on Monday, December 4.
