Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the New Lexington Panthers (New Lexington, OH) and the visiting Fairfield Union Falcons (Lancaster, OH), saw New Lexington's basketball squad overcome Fairfield Union by a tally of 51-43.
With the victory, New Lexington improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Panthers host Warren (Vincent, OH) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, November 30. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Warren won 46-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Athens (The Plains, OH)
Next up, the Falcons confront the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs (Carroll, OH) in a Mid-State - Buckeye challenge, on Friday, December 1. Fairfield Union will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
