St. Vincent's Saints (Savannah, GA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host St. Andrew's Lions (Savannah, GA), 28-10 in a non-league bout.

With the win, St. Vincent's upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Saints travel to Jenkins (Savannah, GA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, December 1. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Jenkins won 41-25 in their recent non-league bout against South Effingham (Guyton, GA)

Next up, the Lions play the Thomas Heyward Academy Rebels (Ridgeland, SC) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. St. Andrew's will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 49-7 non-league loss to St. Andrew's (Savannah, GA).
