Texas High School Basketball - Center bests Gilmer

The Center Roughriders basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Gilmer Buckeyes to 42 in the Roughriders non-league triumph on Friday.

The Roughriders now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Tatum for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. Center will confront a Eagles team coming off a 107-45 non-league win over Redwater (Redwater, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Gilmer falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Buckeyes travel to Athens (Athens, TX) to confront the Hornets in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 3. The Hornets go into the game with a record of 1-2. Athens won 75-39 in their recent non-league game against Henderson (Henderson, TX)
