The Garden Spot Spartans defeated the visiting Schuylkill Valley Panthers basketball squad by a final score of 65-49 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Spartans clash with the Donegal Indians (Mt. Joy, PA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, December 2. Garden Spot will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Indians come into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 67-41 non-league loss to Warwick (Lititz, PA).

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their outing against Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA). The Blue Raiders come into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.
