The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL) and the visiting Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL), observed St. Francis's basketball team overwhelm Prairie Ridge by a score of 52-21.

The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Geneva (Geneva, IL). The Vikings come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Geneva trounced Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL), 65-45, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolves encounter the Hampshire Whip-Purs (Hampshire, IL) in a Fox Valley challenge, on Wednesday, December 4. Prairie Ridge will attempt to improve on its 0-4 season record. The Whip-Purs come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 61-50 non-league loss to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL).
