Barstow Aztecs (Barstow, CA) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they saw their basketball squad topple the host Lawndale Cardinals (Lawndale, CA), 68-50 in a non-league game.
The Aztecs now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to University Prep for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 2. Barstow will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 81-36 non-league loss to Highland (Palmdale, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-4.
The Cardinals (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Gardena (Gardena, CA). The Panthers enter the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Gardena ran past South Hills (West Covina, CA), 44-41, in a non-league outing.
