California High School Basketball - Esperanza holds off Los Amigos

The Esperanza Aztecs basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Los Amigos Lobos to 62 in the Aztecs non-league win on Saturday.
Next, the Aztecs clash with the Servite Friars (Anaheim, CA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, December 5. Esperanza will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record.
The Lobos (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Portola (Irvine, CA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, Portola nudged Gahr (Cerritos, CA), 66-63, in a non-league bout.
