Texas High School Basketball - Nimitz trounced by La Porte

The Nimitz Cougars basketball squad (Houston, TX), was crushed 100-58 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host La Porte Bulldogs (La Porte, TX)

The Bulldogs (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Deer Park (Deer Park, TX). The Deer come into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last challenge, Deer Park trounced CHSA HomeSchool (Houston, TX), 61-50, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Caney Creek Panthers (Conroe, TX) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, December 9. Nimitz will attempt to advance on its 0-8 season record.
