Georgia High School Basketball - Queen's Grant knocks off Wilson Academy

November 29, 2025: Lithonia, GA 30087

The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) and the host Wilson Academy (Lithonia, GA), observed Queen's Grant's basketball team overcome Wilson Academy by a margin of 58-49.

The Stallions (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC). The Mariners come into the Catawba River 1A/2A/3A challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Jackson Day lost by Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC), 64-58, in a non-league match.

The now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Faith Christian Academy for a Independent School match on Tuesday, December 2. Wilson Academy will meet a Titans squad coming off a 63-39 non-league loss to Tallulah Falls (Tallulah Falls, GA). The Titans record now stands at 4-6.
