The crowd at Thursday's non-league test between the Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) and the visiting Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC), saw Lake Norman's soccer squad knock off Asheville by a margin of 5-2.

The Wildcats now sport a 18-2 record. They play next when they host Myers Park for a non-league test on Monday, November 7. Lake Norman will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 17-3.

With the loss, Asheville drops to 16-5 on the season.
