The Byrd Yellow Jackets football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Natchitoches Central Chiefs to 14 in the Yellow Jackets league win on Friday.

The Yellow Jackets now possess a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Jesuit for a non-league battle on Friday, November 10. Byrd will play a Blue Jays squad coming off a 13-10 league win over Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA). The Blue Jays record now stands at 4-6.
