In Friday's non-league game, the Copiah Academy Colonels (Gallman, MS) football team tipped the host Lamar Raiders (Meridian, MS), by a final score of 28-21.
The Colonels (9-2) will now prepare for their game against Adams County Christian (Natchez, MS). The Rebels come into the non-league game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, Adams County Christian got by Parklane Academy (McComb, MS), 35-34, in a non-league game.
The Raiders now hold a 8-4 record.
