The East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans held off the host West Genesee Wildcats football team by a count of 22-20 in Friday's non-league outing.
With the win, East Syracuse-Minoa upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Spartans travel to Whitesboro (Marcy, NY) to confront the Warriors in a non-league outing on Saturday, November 11. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 9-1. Whitesboro won 48-24 in their recent non-league outing against Corcoran (Syracuse, NY)
With the loss, West Genesee moves to 4-6 on the season.
