In Friday's league game, the Greenwood Rangers (Midland, TX) football team tipped the visiting Hirschi Huskies (Wichita Falls, TX), by a final score of 29-28.
The Rangers (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Glen Rose (Glen Rose, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 6-4 record. In their last challenge, Glen Rose nipped Ferris (Ferris, TX), 41-0, in a league challenge.
The Huskies now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Benbrook for a non-league challenge on Friday, November 10. Hirschi will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 31-28 league loss to Godley (Godley, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-4.
