The Manistee Chippewas football team (Manistee, MI), was beaten 37-18 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Kingsley Stags (Kingsley, MI)

The Stags (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gladstone (Gladstone, MI). The Braves come into the non-league challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, Gladstone achieved victory over Negaunee (Negaunee, MI), 28-14, in a non-league challenge.

The Chippewas now sport a 8-3 record.
