    • Texas High School Basketball - Taylor crushes Leander

    November 3, 2023: Taylor, TX 76574

    Taylor Ducks (Taylor, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Leander Lions (Leander, TX), 61-32 in a non-league bout.

    With the victory, Taylor upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Ducks travel to Salado (Salado, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 7. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

    Next up, the Lions play the East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, November 6. Leander will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Patriots come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 43-30 non-league loss to Chaparral (Killeen, TX).
