In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Great Mills Hornets soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Poly Engineers.
The Hornets (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Towson (Towson, MD). The Generals come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Towson nudged River Hill (Clarksville, MD), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
