Germantown Red Devils (Germantown, TN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Christian Brothers Purple Wave (Memphis, TN), 45-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Germantown upgrades its record to 4-0 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Middle College (Memphis, TN) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, December 2. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Middle College lost 61-53 in their recent non-league bout against Douglass (Memphis, TN)

Next up, the Purple Wave clash with the First Assembly Christian Crusaders (Cordova, TN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 2. Christian Brothers will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 73-31 non-league win over Margolin Hebrew Academy (Memphis, TN).
