The Elmwood Trojans basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting West Prairie Cyclones to 25 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Trojans now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delavan for a Tomahawk contest on Saturday, December 3. Elmwood will meet a Panthers team coming off a 63-29 league loss to ROWVA (Oneida, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 2-3.

The Cyclones (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Astoria/VIT (Astoria, IL). The Rebels enter the Prairieland contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Astoria/VIT was routed by Havana (Havana, IL), 55-44, in a non-league contest.
