Virginia High School Basketball - Loudoun Valley tops Independence

Loudoun Valley Vikings (Purcellville, VA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Independence (Ashburn, VA), 47-32 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Loudoun Valley upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Millbrook (Winchester, VA) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Monday, December 5. The Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Millbrook won 62-19 in their recent league bout against Fauquier (Warrenton, VA)

Next up, the play the Falls Church Jaguars (Falls Church, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 1. Independence will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
