The Wayzata Trojans basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Maple Grove Crimson to 56 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Trojans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bismarck for a non-league contest on Friday, December 2.
The Crimson (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN). The Royals enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Hopkins nudged Dowling Catholic (West Des Moines, IA), 61-51, in a non-league contest.
