California High School Soccer - York knocks off Anzar

York Falcons (Monterey, CA) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Anzar Hawks (San Juan Bautista, CA), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Falcons confront the Gonzales Spartans (Gonzales, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 5. York will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.

The Hawks now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Stevenson for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 6. Anzar will confront a Pirates team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Thacher (Ojai, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 0-2.
