The Philip Simmons Iron Horses (Charleston, SC) basketball knocked off the visiting Military Magnet Academy Eagles (North Charleston, SC), 33-25 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Iron Horses (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Hanahan (Hanahan, SC). The Hawks go into the test with a 0-1 record.
The Eagles now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Palmetto Scholars Academy for a test on Friday, December 9. Military Magnet Academy will encounter a Phoenix squad coming off a 64-11 non-league loss to Colleton County (Walterboro, SC). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-2.
