In Thursday's non-league outing, the Hatley Tigers (Amory, MS) basketball squad beat the host Aberdeen Bulldogs (Aberdeen, MS), by a count of 61-49.
The Tigers (5-1) will now prepare for their outing against Vardaman (Vardaman, MS). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Vardaman was topped by East Webster (Maben, MS), 69-49, in a non-league outing.
The Bulldogs now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they travel to Okolona for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 2. Aberdeen will clash with a Chieftains squad coming off a 68-56 non-league loss to Nettleton (Nettleton, MS). The Chieftains record now stands at 1-6.
