Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Armorel Tigers (Armorel, AR) and the visiting Piggott Mohawks (Piggott, AR), saw Armorel's basketball squad overcome Piggott by a tally of 55-41.

With the victory, Armorel improves its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Tigers host Hillcrest (Strawberry, AR) to confront the Screamin Eagles in a 1A Region 3 challenge on Friday, December 8. The Screamin Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-11.

Next up, the Mohawks confront the Maynard Tigers (Maynard, AR) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 4. Piggott will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record.
