The Benton Rangers basketball team scored 92 points and restricted the visiting Johnston City Indians to 22 in the Rangers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Rangers now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrisburg for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Benton will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 59-49 non-league loss to Anna-Jonesboro (Anna, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.

The Indians (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hardin County (Elizabethtown, IL). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Hardin County was routed by Harrisburg (Harrisburg, IL), 71-53, in a non-league contest.
