Calvary Chapel Eagles (Santa Ana, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dominguez Dons (Compton, CA), 70-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Calvary Chapel upgrades its record to 4-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Temple City (Temple City, CA) to clash with the Rams in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 1. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 2-3. Temple City won 55-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Montebello (Montebello, CA)

Next up, the Dons play the Salesian Mustangs (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 4. Dominguez will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 73-68 non-league loss to Fontana (Fontana, CA).
