Texas High School Basketball - Goose Creek Memorial knocked off by Westbury Christian

The Westbury Christian Wildcats basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Goose Creek Memorial Patriots to 47 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now sport a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Angleton for a non-league contest on Friday, December 1. Westbury Christian will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 72-50 non-league loss to Cypress Springs (Cypress, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-7.

The Patriots (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pro-Vision Academy (Houston, TX). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Pro-Vision Academy was defeated by Kashmere (Houston, TX), 69-52, in a non-league contest.
