The Mavericks come into the bout with a record of 3-3. IDEA Weslaco Pike won 62-48 in their recent league bout against South Texas Christian Academy (McAllen, TX)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Valley View Tigers (Pharr, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 1. Rio Hondo will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 73-66 non-league win over Pharr-San Juan-Alamo (San Juan, TX).
