The Horn Jaguars (Mesquite, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting MacArthur Cardinals (Irving, TX), 62-53 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Jaguars (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Wylie East (Wylie, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, Wylie East notched a victory over Sulphur Springs (Sulphur Springs, TX), 54-38, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Poteet for a non-league test on Thursday, November 30. MacArthur will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 43-37 non-league loss to Garland (Garland, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 3-1.
