With the victory, Latexo improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Alpha Omega Academy (Huntsville, TX) to confront the Lions in a TAPPS 3A District 5 challenge on Friday, December 1. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Alpha Omega Academy won 62-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Founders Christian (Spring, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Centerville Tigers (Centerville, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Iola will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
